"Marriage," wrote J.B.Priestley many years ago,"is a long dull meal, with pudding as the first course."

Nowadays, most likely, we would call 'pudding' dessert - or desert if we are imaginative or careless spellers.

Marriage, on the other hand, has not, as far as I can tell, changed that much.

I look forward to hearing from shoals of wives and husbands, hearing about the delights of their Sunday lunch.
