And Welcome to the Builders who are about to arrive here! Greetings!

I will get to know you well as your headqaurters for the renovation of this 20 flat complex will be outside my kitchen, blocking some of the light. The excitement is to discover how much! The scaffolding will be fun, too.

Work will continue for 16 weeks, depending on 'how it goes'. Let me see, that takes us to the first or second week in January, assuming that is the poor buggers work through X-Mass. Ha, very ha.

16 weeks... hmmm.
I would asume a standard 10% on top before work has started. another 7% on top due to conflicts of several building inspectors as they all read from different manuals.

weather conditions will affect the date by 2 weeks in total.

The Polish workforce will leave arounf christmas to visit family and friends and will probablt not return once VAT is reinstated at 17.5%..

I shall guess at mid March..

Based on the fact that they're probably finishing off a job somewhere else will delay matters

But later they will be working on the project near to you when they should be starting somehere else, so that balances it out

  They, or their subcontractors have apparently started erecting scaffolding in the front of the building, which I rarely see. Incredibly it will take a fortnight to scaffold the whole place.
