why don't you simply say how your digestion was? I am sure a lot of your friends would be happy to read about it... (not me tough... I'd like to know how did you find the fat monoglote Poles, especially the monnoglote Polish women...
or, how was your short stay in Vienna - btw, the Viennese you met were not monoglote, were they?)
