Music for Alec to Dance to

I'm looking for one, prhs a couple of CDs to dance to each morning.

I love dancing and it's the only way I'm going to get sweaty exercise.

The trouble is I'm more or less still stuck in the early nineties. Massive Attack, for example. And, initially, I want to dance to tracks I haven't heard much before.

So,I like some suggestions. Stuff that's come out in the last 2 years. (And no piss taking, Dad Rock, MOR or Paul McCartneylike please)

Guillemots. Through the Windowpane. I suggest it on the basis that I'm listening to it at the moment and it's making me bop at my desk while I pretend to work.

      I'm doing my last essay. The title is "Examine the relationship between Art and the Self" comparing the aestheticism of Oscar Wilde with the Humanism of William Morris (and a bit of John Ruskin). I have only a few days to do it and I just can't get it started. Close to tears.
      
      But Guillemots are helping a bit!

        Finding a way to start a piece of writing always drives me mad. Once you've started, there's almost an inevitability about it... well, maybe not.

    Oh, I was gonna suggest some Dubstep but that's much faster in the 140bpm area. 120bpm these days puts you into pop music territory..

        Have a go at Skream, they are one of the best known Dubstep producers, and there should be tons of their stuff on youtube...

Oh goodness me, I am definitely not your girl for this one
I would be bopping about to really old stuff like Abba or Def Leppard, none of this new fangled nonsense for me - hope you find something x
