Actually there is this theory, called the The curse of Tecumseh, which seems to suggest that George W Bush will die in the next four days.

Every President elected in year divisible by 20 since President Harrison in 1840 has been assasinated or died in office. (Poor Harrison caught a cold on Inauguration Day and passed away a month later). Lincoln, Garfield, Mckinley, FDR, JFK...

So far, only Ronald Reagan (firsy elected in 1980) has bucked the trend - and he was lucky to survive a serious assasination attempt, which is sure to be documented on You Tube. (Also, at the time, some people did think he was brain dead, although his reputation has improved since - mainly in comparison to the Bus Brothers.)

It would be pointless, sad, and dangerous for George W to be assasinated now (as well as act of nihgh treason). Besides anything else, we would have the three day Presidency of Dick Cheney - and anything could happen.

But I can't help hoping he might catch a head cold on Brak Obama's Inauguration day.
