On the advice of long-standing masseuse friend of mine (who lives in London, outside my present range) I had some cranial-sacral therapy today (in Hove) to help get rid of the aneasthetic (+ paracetamol!) and aid the healing.
I don't know if anyone reading this has had cranial-sacral work - very subtle and yet very powerful. The therapist barely touches the body some of the time, then holds different limbs and...
I'm not being very good at describing the process because I do still feel very sleepy. But it's not the groggy, dopey, flopsy feeling of yesterday - and the pain is less, so I won't even be tempted to take paracetamol or anything else
