A snail (probably not the same one we came across in a post I blogged yesterday, spending its entire lifetime travelling five sixths of the M25....start again...)

A snail collided with a tortoise.

"What caused the collision?" a BBC local radio reporter asked, breathless.

"I don't know," the snail replied.  "It all happened so quickly."
