Actually, everything's going pretty well so far - although two house cleaning agencies have told me they charge £13odd+VAT an hour - far more than London.
As there are thousands of workers in the catering industry in Brighton getting the £5.78(?) minimum hourly wage or effectively less, I am imagine several local entrepreneurs are making lots of money by paying about the minimum to the people who do the hard work and pocketing the difference.
Needless to say, I will either cease being a slut, or hire direct labour.
