The morning was going well until I happened to think "I want a small glass desk".
At the time I happened to be passing a designer furniture shop. I've been there before - expensive, but chic - but they haven't had any desks on display.
Until now. Tucked away a newly arrive computer workstation-type desk in laminated glass. Exactly what I'd had in mind. The platonic ideal of glass-deskness.
Six hundred and twenty five pounds.
I want it.
It's a ridiculous price. Uncle Google suggests 55,000 sites where I can buy glass desks in the UK.
But the desks I have checked in these sites so far are dulll, dull, dull.
(And cheaper)
I can't afford to ay £625 for anything.
I want this desk. I have a only-this-particular-glass-desk fetish. I'm screwed.

I bought a glass coffee table a short while ago and a tv glass table too i too had this wild fancy for glass tables. I am very pleased with them but mine did not cost that much and i have seen some even cheaper than mine since.
