Sleep is all I need.... so why does a little, excited childish voice inside my chest tell me it's time to get up - at 3 am?

To go to bed (or stay there) that's easy. To sleep again? That's my problem, my neurosis...

Its other time zone. I guess, you have spent some time at your PC by the time when I get up in the morning, and then, in an hour or two you go to bed, unlike me, because I have had a good sleep and am ready for beginning my new day. We, provincials get up early--dont we?

Ohhh, I remember that feeling! A whirring, stirring jumping in your chest; an awed disbelief in your own audacity filling your head... personally, I used to get up and pickle things, but I'm guessing any relatively mindless and repetetive constant activity would do.

My routine has to vary, to catch myself out - it includes eat something indigestible (later regretted) plus read something boring... this morning I was asleep again by 6 am!
