There's so much pain in blogs on this site.

Hidden away among the jollity, and pontifications and anecdotes,

there's so much self hatred, frutration, anguish. 

Can anyone say something comforting to this poor 14 year old girl?  Give her some kindly wisdom?  Somone nearer her age than I am? Someone else who has experience of an over-demanding mother?

I just stummbled across this moving, terrifyingly sad post, simply entitled Help.
